Favorite PDF App On Sale

My favorite PDF reader and writer, iAnnotate, is 50% off in a back 2 school sale now thru August 31.  If you are strictly reading PDF docs you might want to stick with the free Kindle app or Apple’s iBooks.  If you like to write on, highlight, and mark up PDF docs you should check this app out and it is only $4.99 for less than 2 weeks.  I use iAnnotate to speak from. I send a message to my DropBox folder and open it in iAnnotate to teach.  I can write little notes, highlight things I want to stand out, draw arrows, and I can lock the screen to only move up and down…this is a very user friendly app to teach from.

Pros:
Tons of tools
Customize tool bars
Lock screen (left & right)

Cons:
The hand writing could be better, it is not very smooth (kind of boxy)
Looks busy (until you customize or ride some screen clutter)
Little inconsistency in the highlighting.

Check out some of the features, search youtube to see it in action, and just drop the $4.99…it is well worth it.
Those of you teaching form an iPad…what app(s) are you using to teach from?
